1. How long does delivery take?

We deliver all over Pakistan within 3–7 business days after order confirmation.


2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan for your convenience.


3. Can I exchange an item if the size doesn’t fit?

Yes, we offer exchanges in case of size issues, wrong item, or defective product. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.


4. Do you offer refunds?

No, Zaraan does not offer refunds. However, eligible items can be exchanged as per our Exchange Policy.


5. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email which you can use to track your parcel.


6. What should I do if I receive a wrong or damaged item?

Please contact us immediately within 48 hours with order details and proof (photo/video). We will resolve the issue as soon as possible.


7. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can only be changed or cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, changes are not possible.


8. What payment methods do you accept?
