No Refund Policy

Zaraan does not offer refunds on any purchased products once an order has been confirmed and processed. All sales are considered final.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We may offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged or defective product received
  • Size issue (subject to availability)

To request an exchange, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Conditions for Exchange

Shipping for Exchanges

  • If the issue is from our side (wrong or defective item), Zaraan will cover shipping costs.
  • If the exchange is due to size or customer choice, the customer will bear shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your exchange request. If approved, the replacement will be shipped within a reasonable time depending on stock availability.
